Jonathan is a seasoned professional with a career-long record of entrepreneurship, product, and operations management experience. Jonathan has demonstrated a natural aptitude for presiding over a wide range of key business operations, as well as for leading the design and development of products. He has also supervised and directed the operations of teams and individuals. Born in Israel, the startup nation, Jonathan joined IBM as a Project Manager after his first academic year during his B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering studies. Upon graduation in 2010, Jonathan kicked-off his first venture “GBA Real Estate”, a property renovation agency. Bringing innovation and advanced management methodologies, Jonathan and his partner executed various successful projects, with a GP at over 25%. In 2013 while completing his MBA at Tel Aviv University Recanati Business School, Jonathan was eager to fulfil his passion in starting up his innovative Whichit company. A B2B software company providing an interactive commercial content platform that enables a dramatic increase in user engagement and return on marketing investment, opening new revenue streams, and gaining user-related insight. The company developed an innovative technology that profiles users based on their preferences and uses machine learning to provide bespoke commercial incentives in real-time. Through hard work and collaboration, Whichit took off. Jonathan and his business partners relocated to the UK and built a project that won multiple international awards, including the UKTI's Sirius Programme, the Innovate UK R&D Funding Award and the People's Choice Award at Pitch@Palace by the Duke of York, won the 'Start-up of the Year EMEA' by Facebook and several other awards and nominations lead by top organisations and mentions in leading publishers. Under his own leadership, he oversaw and directed key business operations and established close and lasting relationships with investors, stakeholders, clients, and partners. He led the development of innovative products and performed the evaluation and assessment of the company's performance. Jonathan has worked and collaborated in all verticals. Such as retailers, e-commerce, FMCG, cars, financial, banking, gaming, services, etc. He established partnerships with Google Partners and Microsoft Partnership while generating revenue at a consistent pace from clients like Publicis, Coca-Cola, McCann, The AA, Invesco, the Mail Online, The National Lottery, Debenhams, Durex, AIG, Timeout, Jeep and many more. Gaining extensive experience and knowledge in innovation, digital and entrepreneurship, Jonathan has consulted and advised dozens of entrepreneurs and startups starting or moving their business operations from to the UK. Jonathan also hosts various entrepreneur events and is a member of various entrepreneur and business groups in London driving startups, networking and collaboration among the community.
