Jonathan Gan has over 20 years of leadership, military experience, business and technology experience, as an IDF Officer, Senior Account at IBM, and an Entrepreneur.
In 2003, Jonathan completed five years of military service as an Anti-Aircraft Company Commander and Head Advisor. In 2010, Jonathan graduated from Afeka Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering with a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering. During his academic study, Jonathan joined in 2008 to IBM as Senior Account and Project Manager at GBS. Jonathan led large scale, multi M$, technology modernization and innovation projects for public sector clients; wide range of experiences in managed projects’ client relationship, leading IBM, subcontractors and clients’ staff, all while focusing on on-time and under budget delivery.
Upon graduation, Jonathan co-founded "Galit Gan" Architecture and interior design, which specializes in enhancing properties, leading real estate projects, Suit as its CEO. Executing a few real estate exties.
In 2013, Jonathan graduated from MBA in Management of Technologies, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Recanati Executive MBA (University of Tel-Aviv). Ranked as Top 100 best MBA worldwide! And Top 25 best Entrepreneurship Programs worldwide.
In 2014 Jonathan invented and founded a venture Whichit. A B2B software company providing a content platform that enables brands to dramatically increase user engagement, return on marketing investment, open new revenue streams, and gain user-related insight. The company developed an innovative technology that profiles users based on their preferences and uses machine learning to provide bespoke commercial incentives in real time.
Since Whichit established, the company have won multiple awards including the UKTI's Sirius Programme, the Innovate UK R&D Funding Award, the People's Choice Award at [email protected] by the Duke of York, and also voted 2015 'Start-up of the Year EMEA' by Facebook. The company is based in London and Tel-Aviv, working with tier-1 international brands and agencies and partner with top tech companies such as Google Partners and Microsoft Partnership.
